Okay, well, I am almost 50 years young when writing this very important blog page.  I noticed changes (peri-menopause) in my skin and body and was starting to freak out!!!  It turns out, I was eating/ingesting most of the foods my body has an intolerance too!  Things like olive oil, onions, coffee - yes COFFEE!!!!!  I now drink hot tea with plenty of lemon and it is quite refreshing.  I don't even use a coffee pot anymore!  Something tells me there can be mold built up inside of the guts of coffee machines - all these things affect our skin/body.  It isn't as bad as it sounds, I just had to make some adjustments and not only did I lose over 30lbs - I believe most of it was water weight from inflammation.  In my opinion, I didn't always have these intolerances and I don't believe I always will - because our bodies are in a constant state of change.  But, my skin was suffering from these intolerances and now I can tell within 24/48 hours just by looking at my skin, if I ingested any "wrong" ingredients.  My pores become much larger and I break out - so as you can see, it is very important for skin health to learn about these intolerances.

I am now on the KETO diet minus my food intolerances, and I HAVEN'T GAINED A POUND BACK!!!!  I had tried the KETO diet before and never lost any weight!  Wanna know why?  Because I was eating the highest intolerant food on my report - COW - beef - anything dairy!!!! This is NO joke!  It may also help explain why people put weight back on - eating the wrong foods for YOUR PARTICULAR BODY SYSTEM!  This is sooooooo crazy important that I wanted to share this information with you.  It's not just cutting out carbs, etc.  It is about each individual's own system and what it is intolerant to.  There are also other revelations in this test, such as metals/toxicity, gut biome and more.

 DOES ANYONE EVEN KNOW WHAT ROSACEA REALLY IS? Well, the simple and quick answer is NO!  There are many "theories" out there, but there is no real definition on what actually causes Rosacea. In my experience over the past 20 years or so, I have only had two (2), yes two, clients who actually have this skin disorder.  Countless other clients were told they had Rosacea, but after I worked on them, most of them simply had irritated and angry skin.  There are many factors that cause "angry" skin.  Typically, it is the over-the-counter products that are poor in quality ingredients.  Some other reasons, are over-exfoliating without building the skin back up.  I teach my clients that it is vital to have a healthy balance between exfoliating (physically and chemically) and building the skin back up.  Thicker skins need more exfoliation and less building while thinner skins need less exfoliation and more building.  This is explained in further detail here.
